Over the past few months, we’ve been evaluating the situation with our Los Angeles datacenter. Due to the very limited support response and several recurring issues, we’ve decided to migrate all remaining servers to a new location.
We currently have only 6 servers in Los Angeles, and this process will take place this week and next week. Some VPS services located in Los Angeles may experience downtime for 24 to 48 hours during the migration.
All affected clients will be compensated with account credit or additional service days.
We understand this may cause inconvenience, but we believe this change is necessary to ensure better stability and reliable technical support.
We will keep all clients updated throughout the migration process.
Please note that your assigned IPs will remain the same.
